PKR. 30,000 - 35,000/Month
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with new and existing clients, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage new customer prospects
- Promote and sell our products/services through direct outreach, cold calling, networking, and social media
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Compensation:
- Unlimited earning potential – the more you sell, the more you earn
- High commission percentages on each sale
- Bonuses and incentives for top performers
- No cap on earnings
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
