Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls from taxi drivers and assisting them with their insurance inquiries, including providing quotes for new policies and facilitating the renewal process for expired insurance.
  • Actively listening to customers' needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy, and providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Utilizing our system to look up customer information, update records, and process insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our company's insurance products, policies, and procedures.
  • Adhering to compliance regulations and confidentiality guidelines when handling customer information.

Requirements:

  • Must fluent in English
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when inputting customer information into the system.
