Quality Control Head

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee all aspects of quality assurance within our packaging manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a deep understanding of quality control processes within the packaging industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
Train and mentor quality control staff to uphold standards of excellence and foster a culture of quality consciousness.
Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting quality control practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the packaging industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of implementing and managing quality control programs effectively.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
Prefer relevent packaging industry.
