Assistant Manager – Accounts

Job Description

  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Manage General Ledger
  • Keep himself and senior management updated about latest Tax related matters.
  • Generate Sales Tax Invoices, prepare Tax collection Challans and deposit amounts in Govt Treasury as per latest law.
  • Prepare and manage ledger accounts in accounting software (experience of QuickBooks is a must)
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups.
  • Prepare and manage bank reconciliation statements
  • Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Prepare Budget and monitor expenses of different departments.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information
  • Assist, Coordinate and liaison with Auditors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with business partners (internal & external).

It is a full time employment at our Lahore office. We are looking for Commerce graduates, with ACCA education and 1-5 years relevant experience.
