- Internal controls implementation & Coordination with concerned departments
- Monitoring of Receivables, Payable and all routine matters.
- Ensuing Timeliness and accuracy in weekly and monthly reports, reconciliations & Fund flow statements, Letters to customers.
- Supervision - Verification as per SOP.
- Supervise data entry in accounting system and ensure its timeliness completeness and accuracy
- Supervision of hotel financial operations, Funds Management set the priorities.
- Verification of all work orders and follow up for payments.
- Supervision of bank reconciliation and funds position.
- Supervision of purchases and follow up with Tariq and vendors
