People ™ is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organizations across all HR functions. We are looking for an Assistant Director of Finance for our Head Office Lahore.
Job Role and Duties:
- Defining short-term/long-term financial planning & strategy as per business requirements.
- Developing credit lines with new banks.
- Maintaining existing credit lines.
- Maintaining minimal possible capital costs as per prevalent market position.
- Maintaining Debt Equity ratio as defined in the annual budget.
- Driving the company's financial strategy, planning & capital.
- Managing budgeting & reporting functions.
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations.
- Ensure compliance with the laws and company's policies
- Facilitating external audits.
- Managing tax and corporate-related matters and liaison with financial institutions.
Qualifications and Skills: Master in finance / CA, ACCA. 20+ Relevant Experience
