Job Responsibilities:
- Lead collaborative efforts with the engineering team to define and implement strategic goals and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Provide effective leadership to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Streamline engineering processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and elevate the overall standard of our products.
- Evaluate and implement innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance and modernize engineering operations.
- Foster seamless communication and integration of engineering efforts with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights to assess and enhance the effectiveness of engineering operations.
- Contribute to the development of budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
Educational qualification:
B.E + MBA preferred
Essential experience:
Must have 6 + years in the relevant industry
