Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.       
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.       
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area.       
  • Coordinate visitor access whenever required.       
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms etc.,       
  • Handle mail and deliveries efficiently.       
  • Assist colleagues with various administrative tasks.

Educational Qualification:

    Master or bachelors in (marketing, business, it) or any other

Essential experience:

  • 3 to 4 years at least in the relevant industry   
  • Proven experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or in a similar customer service role.
