Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and security.
Implement network policies and procedures to maintain operational effectiveness. Deploy and manage updates using WSUS (Windows Server Update Services).
Use SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for centralized software distribution, patch management, and compliance enforcement.
Configure and manage Intune for mobile device management and cloud-based endpoint administration.
Automate the setup and configuration of laptops and desktops within the organization
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
Monitor server health, logs, and capacity planning. Assess hardware and software needs for departments.
Evaluate vendor proposals and assist in purchasing IT equipment like servers, switches, laptops, firewalls, and accessories.
Maintain inventory and ensure timely installation and support of procured devices.
Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, network diagrams, and procedures. Generate reports on system performance, software compliance, and procurement status.

Qualification and Experience:

BSIT AND BSCS
2-4 years
Prior banking experience is mandatory
