Qualification: Minimum Graduation (16 Years Education) in same Field from HEC/PEC Approved University
Responsibilities:
1- Processes Optimization for smooth delivery with compliance of all network change operations
2-Quality Management & Assurance of key KPI of change management
3-Rules & Regulation enforcement & follow-up for compliance
4-Monitor, verify & output reports of all change operations
5-Output Network Security cases for staff awareness & study
6-Perform backtracking and root cause analysis of all non-compliance cases and follow up of improvement action plans
7-Will work in duty roaster to cover 24/7 availability of resources
Skills:
1-Have good communication skills.
2-Have a good command of common office software, such as PPT and Excel, and be able to output analysis reports.
