We are looking for a Technical Support Executive for our Head Office in Lahore.
Job Role and Duties:
- Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email, or live web chats.
- Respond to end-user problems based on standard procedures.
- Track incidents and calls entering data into the database timely and accurately.
- Compile detailed reports listing requests and steps taken to resolve them including specific dates and individuals involved from different departments.
- Organize and file documentation pertaining to software licenses and assist management in alternative research activities.
- OS installation, troubleshooting, LAN/ WAN troubleshooting.
- Ability to remote support, install and troubleshoot printers, biometric machines, hardware, software related issues.
- Good knowledge of ticket handling and front desk queries.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience.
- Bachelor in computer science/BIT/BSIT or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
