CIER is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to lead a teacher training, accessibility, and advocacy initiative in partnership with educational institutions and government agencies. This role, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is offered on a contractual basis for an initial period of two years, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the project’s implementation, ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders, and maximizing the project’s impact on inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all project activities, working closely with partner organizations and government bodies.
- Organize and facilitate teacher training sessions, stakeholder meetings, and advocacy events aligned with project objectives.
- Monitor project progress regularly, prepare detailed reports, and ensure adherence to project guidelines and timelines.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all partners and assist with budgeting and financial tracking to support project management.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of experience managing development projects, preferably in education or social sectors.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate diverse activities and stakeholders.
- Fluency in both English and Urdu is essential for this role.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support project activities and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
