- Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for the project, aligned with project objectives, indicators, and donor requirements.
- Design and oversee the implementation of data collection tools, methodologies, and processes to capture relevant project data and ensure its quality and accuracy.
- Conduct regular field visits to project sites to monitor project activities, assess progress, and verify the quality and reliability of collected data.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and prepare comprehensive reports presenting findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the project team to review and refine project indicators, targets, and logical frameworks, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in monitoring and evaluation, and provide guidance on their integration into project monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with external consultants or evaluation teams, as needed, to conduct project evaluations and reviews, ensuring the quality and timeliness of evaluation reports.
