PROSOURCE is an SALES AND MARKETING FIRM located in Karachi.
We are currently on the lookout for a highly motivated HR Executive. In this role, you should be able to work independently without guidance while giving a helping hand to other members of the team. You should have excellent personal, organization, and HR skills.
Hired candidates will be responsible for routine human resource functions, which include recruitment, training and development, and performance assessment.
- Reviewing resumes and applications.
- Update social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Conducting telephonic interviews with the candidates.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Coordinating with Leads and candidates for scheduling the Tests/interviews.
- Pre and Post Onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
