JOB OVERVIEW
- Manage the operational HR requirements of Technology Function at Regional level.
- Implement all HR initiatives & projects in the Region.
- Manage employee data & act as a POC for all HR policies, employee development projects & related matters for the Regional employees.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the implementation and delivery of HR initiatives as the key interface in Business Operation Centers.
- Develop and improve HR systems and policies in line with best practices.
- Support the delivery of HR strategy in line with business objectives.
- Support HR initiatives related to talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Support improved organizational and people performance in line with business needs.
- Provide support to Managers on employee relations and HR challenges in line with Company policies and best practice including disciplinary cases, grievances, performance, redundancy and absence management
- Support other roles within the HR team as required.

REQUIREMENTS
Education
MBA/ BBA (Hons.)/ Equivalent degree with majors in HRM
Experience
1-3 years of relevant work experience
