RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve assigned revenue targets
Improve receivables
Provide best in class customer experience by tailoring products asper customer needs and providing timely resolution
Ensure retention of existing customers
Conversion of fresh business leads
Timely Revision of Existing Contracts / Agreements
Manage corporate clients through service need analysis and aftersales support

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification:

Professional Degree in Business Administration

Experience:

1 -3 years’ experience in relevant field.
