RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Sales & Customer Care operations
- Close coordination with customer, technical team and vendors/partners.
- Customer relationship and improvement in customer experience
- Participation in trainings arranged for the support teams in region
- Keeping track of performance for timely achievement, timely deployments of services in coordination with technical teams and third party vendors
- Reporting and tracking of deployments through CDT
- Locking of scope of work for new projects
- Strong coordination with customer during project deployments
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification:
- Professional Degree in Business Administration
Certifications:
- Certified Corporate Sales Associate
Experience:
- 2-3 years' experience in relevant field
