Major Responsibilities: Support for IT governance, refine Business processes, Quality standards, policies, procedures, and methodologies. Conduct end to end process analysis to document, institutionalize, and improve business processes Analyze process quality metrics to identify and prioritize process improvement projects. Assist Manager IT Process & Governance in implementation of major initiatives for continuous improvement including documenting new processes, implementing tools. Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions Ensure that all project plans include specific KPI targets and that progress reports indicate clearly how well the expected results are being delivered. Perform deep-dive analysis and perform root-cause analysis and gap analysis in order to develop end to end cross functional processes. Build and maintain close relationship with key stakeholders to build strong relationships to drive more effective process change management Support and assist team head to drive and deliver improvement initiatives
