Major Responsibilities: 

  • Support for IT governance, refine Business processes, Quality standards, policies, procedures, and methodologies.

  • Conduct end to end process analysis to document, institutionalize, and improve business processes

  • Analyze process quality metrics to identify and prioritize process improvement projects.

  • Assist Manager IT Process & Governance in implementation of major initiatives for continuous improvement including documenting new processes, implementing tools.

  • Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions

  • Ensure that all project plans include specific KPI targets and that progress reports indicate clearly how well the expected results are being delivered.

  • Perform deep-dive analysis and perform root-cause analysis and gap analysis in order to develop end to end cross functional processes.

  • Build and maintain close relationship with key stakeholders to build strong relationships to drive more effective process change management

  • Support and assist team head to drive and deliver improvement initiatives
