In This Role You Will

• Be responsible in managing detailed requirements in form of RFP, RFI, RFQ, change request and SOW for PTCL’s futuristic IT business needs of company.

• Contribute and at times lead for the technical design of desired IT solutions meeting standards and protocols for integration, software, and interconnection for information systems.

• Support change management activities to secure proper adoption.

• End-to-end expertise in the entire telecom mediation system to capture CDRs/IPDRs from different network elements to fulfill the requirement of billing.

• Practical know-how of complex business rules governing multi-components of OSS systems.

• Practical knowledge of Telco grade OSS platforms in NOC with implemented NMSs and their integrations.

• Complete know-how of OSS/BSS architecture and integration mechanism according to TMFORUM guidelines.

• Deep understanding of IT OSS domains including Inventory, Mediation, Provisioning, Service desk management, Campaign Management, API Gateways, Loyalty Programs, Websites, Mobile Applications, Integration bus and workforce management.

• Monitors business climate, trends in IT technologies and upgrade in areas of the company’s current and anticipated product lines.

• Should have practical knowledge of provisioning platforms and its end-to-end integration in OSS/BSS layer.

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges. Drive industry adoption of transformative solutions with thought leadership.

• Coordinate and review/edit requirements from a variety of internal and external stakeholders including customer care, marketing, sales, technical teams, and vendors etc.

• TM Forum (eTOM, TAM, SID and Integration Frameworks)

• Strong Business Acumen, market research and innovative mindset.

• Knowledge of Financial Systems particularly SAP ERP.

What You need to be Successful

Qualification:

• Professional degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience:

• Experience in implementing and/or planning IT related OOTB /In house solutions like CRM, Inventory, Mediation, Provisioning, Service desk management, Campaign Management, API Gateways, Loyalty Programs, Websites, Mobile Applications, Integration bus, ERP and workforce management for telecommunications operators/vendors.

• Experience of working with industry-leading vendors is preferable.
