Design job ads and administer job postings
Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare warning letters and counseling memos
Assist in preparing monthly training calendar
Assist in organizing training programs
Assist in contents authoring of training programs
Manage orientation program for employee to the organizational culture
Review the staff guidelines (or employee handbook) on regular basis
Conduct staff and departmental meetings and manage HR events
Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, training, and awards)
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and being implemented
To monitor the timelines of on-going projects and provide input on timely basis to the upper management
Maintain the record of all the projects and its reports
