- Technical Project Managers at PureLogics require a strong technical background, excellent client and project management skills, proven ability to do hands-on technical work when needed, and ability to lead technical projects and technical teams.
- Successful candidates must be action oriented, capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise defining project goals, scope, approach, and overall task plan including providing clarity on critical path tasks.
- Communicate with clients in a thoughtful and impactful manner that helps foster strong relationships.Serve as the internal central point of communication around project status, timelines, and risks.
- Use Agile/SCRUM or standard software development processes.
- Must be able to switch between these methodologies and should have the ability to tailor them according to the project needs.
- Ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Define, document, and implement project management and engineering best practices and process improvements.
- Motivate team members to action; identify common themes, make inferences and draw conclusions.
- Create a sense of belonging and ownership among team members; assemble a team with the right mix of skills; coach and motivate team members; delegate responsibility; promote mutual support and interaction.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to interact with senior management.
- Teamwork expert project management Gantt chart, reporting on team resources, allocation of team resources
- Teamwork HelpDesk Optimize process, systems, and response time. Measure results and improve continually
- Documentation Maintaining systems documents for internal training and TeamWork external help docs
- Processes accountability Making sure that all systems we implement are operational on a continuing basis. URL headquarters, Typeform, etc.
- + Must be having a technical background (especially in the execution of WordPress based sites)
- Also knowledge of teamwork project management tool OR any tool for template-based project execution is plus
