- Procurement of foods and vegetables for daily consumption
- management of restaurant cleaning staff, and waiters and dealing with customers so that they have no complaints about services
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers
- Market services to get data for improvements of taste and other requirements of people who live in local areas
- Preparation of reports for management on a daily weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
