Data Entry Operator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible to input data of tax invoices from the given invoices to the database or software system. Additionally, the Specialist will review the data entry work for accuracy and ensure that the database is updated. The specialist will submit work and reports on a daily basis.

Requirements:

One to three years of experience with high-volume data entry is desired.
Must be proficient with computer basics.
Must be able to type 50 words per minute.
Basic math skills and the ability to handle tax counts accurately.
Experience in accounts as well as creating invoices.
Proficiency with tax invoices.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Be able to sit for a long period of time.
Must have the ability to learn new software programs.
Experience in data entry operator as well as proficiency with any data entry software.
Bachelor's degree in B.Com preferred.

Expertise:

Excellent typing speed.
Basic math/account skills preferred.
Review invoices to ensure accuracy.
Accurately enter data from itemized invoices into the Menu System and match invoices to data entered.
Ability to work effectively in a critical environment.
Must have strong computer and data entry skills.
Must be able to prioritize work assignments.
Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
Ability to research data entry issues as a problem solver.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Must be organized and have attention to detail.

Note: Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in CRM software and Google Sheet, experience in data entry work , and knowledge of CRM software if possible.
