Sales Manager

Rawtech Trade specializes in buying and selling of plastic raw materials and is currently seeking a senior relationship manager to attend to qualified leads to sell inventory of its registered supplier, in Asia and abroad.

Following is the job role and requirements:

Research on potential b2b customers for Plastic Raw Materials and initiate rapport building with the relevant prospects.
Coordinate and follow up with potential customers and offer available materials from the inventory.
Continually research to learn new market trends and stay up to date on pricing and demand locally and globally.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills i.e verbal and written.
Having initiative to coordinate with Purchase Manager regarding in stock materials to offer for potential Customers.
Suggesting or recommending effective ways for improvements to drive sales growth.
Analyzing existing sales processes and workflows
Cooperate well with the other departments in the company if it’s necessary.
Able to catch up quickly on Clients demands and requests.

Skills and Requirements

5-7 years Sales experience in Polymer/Scrap Industry
Must have intensive knowledge of all plastic type and its applications
Must have exposure to logistic terms & payment terms involved in cross border trade
Detailed knowledge of Industry trends and Market Behavior
Ability to work as a Team and individual without supervision
Excellent Communication Skills
High knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
Client Relationships
Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
Good Negotiation skills
Familiarity with CRM for sales campaign is a Bonus.

The job is work from home (WFH)

Job Type: Full-time

Work timings: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
