We are seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to support our social media efforts and assist in executing our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing. As a junior member of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and contribute to the success of our brand's online presence.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
Research and identify trends, topics, and hashtags relevant to our target audience and industry.
Assist in developing content calendars and brainstorming ideas for engaging social media content.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content assets and ensure timely delivery for social media campaigns.
Assist in analyzing social media metrics and performance data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry developments, changes in social media algorithms, and emerging trends.
Provide administrative support for social media initiatives, including organizing files, tracking expenses, and managing calendars.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and take direction from senior team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas and solutions to team discussions.
