We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who has a passion and an innate talent for sales. Feel free to apply if you fulfill the following:
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of telemarketing or call center sales experience
- Ability to multitask; listening skills and data entry
- Must be able to close sales
- Demonstrate that you are self-motivated and highly driven
- Competitive nature and coachable personality
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Excellent American/Canadian accent
- Excellent English communication skills & phone etiquette Positive attitude and ability to work with peers
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and responds to emails
- Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter new customer information into the system
- Update existing customer information
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to the appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports

Salary: 40k to 50K plus commission
