Managing Complete Recruitment process including Rigorous Headhunting and posting on different job portals.
Responsible for Employees’ Orientations, Socialization, and Motivation
Responsible for Performance Management
A very good understanding of developing and implementing HR Policies, Procedures & Processes
Responsible for Employee Engagement and motivation, building their Morales through events and entertainment
