The position is in a newly constructed residential + commercial building located in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad.

The key responsibilities will be;

  1. Greet the Residents, Visitors, Apartments Owners & tenants at entrance and record their entry and exit in register as per given format
  2. Maintain the cleanliness of the reception/lobby area.
  3. Complains records and follow up as defined.
  4. Maintain key log sheet/register (In/Out).
  5. Handle the residence complaints and log it on your log register and in computer system
  6. Log the resident’s complaints with complete detail and resolve it on immediate basis.
  7. Follow the given roster by Red Sun management.
  8. Maintain the billing record in system for audit purposes.
  9. Distribution of memorandum/Circular to block residents according to the instruction given by senior management.
  10. Maintain Residents complete detail in system in case of any emergency.
  11. Formulation and distribution of monthly electricity bills and maintenance charges
  12. Collection of electricity bills and maintenance charges and proper record keeping
  13. Manage notice board and make sure emergency contact and important instruction must be written on board.
