Responsible for the maintenance of number of systems including but not limited to the following – controls, motors, pumps, inverters, boilers, chillers, steaming units and other plant machinery.
Responsible for daily checks on the plant machinery so that they work at optimum efficiency.
Procures services, supplies and materials.
Plans and estimates project and program costs.
Monitors and evaluates maintenance and mechanical programs and schedules.
Inspects Mechanical Equipment for needed repairs and maintenance; establishes a schedule of preventative maintenance and recommends priority of repair projects.
Works with, trains, assigns and supervises skilled Mechanical team and other personnel.
Provides input to management for employee evaluations.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for factory workers
Responsible for other general management of plant machinery and related tasks, within the organization and as well as with external organizations.
