- Prepare newly joined employees and maintain files in soft form and hard form.
- Maintain and update employee HR database.
- Issue offer, joining, deployment, termination, increment, experience, bank account opening, and other relevant letters.
- Create and implement an onboarding plan and orientation plan for new joiners.
- Responsible for coordinating all operational activities.
