We are looking for a results-oriented SEO Expert with over 2 years of proven experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to improve website rankings through data-driven strategies and a strong understanding of SEO best practices. This role demands a detail-focused professional who can enhance website performance by implementing comprehensive SEO tactics and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords that drive both traffic and conversions.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking to improve site relevance and user experience.
- Perform technical SEO audits to enhance crawlability, site speed, mobile usability, and implement schema markup.
- Manage and optimize site architecture, including XML sitemaps and robots.txt files, to ensure efficient indexing by search engines.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including high-quality link building and backlink outreach to boost domain authority and rankings.
- Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Provide data-driven SEO insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous strategy improvement.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and content creators to align SEO efforts across all digital platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, covering on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- A strong portfolio showcasing ranked websites and targeted keywords, which must be submitted during the application process.
- Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
- Skilled in data analysis and performance reporting to evaluate SEO effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking and eCommerce tracking.
- Practical experience with Meta Pixel and custom conversion event setup.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- This is a full-time remote position offering a monthly salary range of Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
