We are seeking a dedicated Credit Officer to join our company. This role is crucial for helping clients improve their credit scores. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of credit reporting laws and financial advising.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze clients' credit reports and financial strategies to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide personalized credit repair advice and strategies.
• Track clients' credit score progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Educate clients on credit management.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all federal and state laws regarding credit and financial advising.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in credit, financial counseling, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
