Resorsify is looking to hire a City Manager for one of our clients from the Logistics Industry. To achieve assigned sales and recovery targets from the assigned area through a team of sales officers by guiding them, executing sales plans, building relationships with the dealers/market, and timely reporting to RSM.

Requirements:

  • Develop and execute sales plans and programs, both short and long-term, to ensure profit, growth, and expansion of business.
  • Develop and modify coverage plan in consultation with RSM, to ensure high-quality service - and adequate coverage by the sales force.
  • Review previous periods' sales performance of various markets in the region and prepare succinct reports for an immediate manager.
  • Review market visit schedules of the sales force and suggest necessary guidelines.
  • Conduct periodic sales meetings to assess the adequacy of sales plans and other operational issues with SOs.
  • Visit the marketplace, to determine the work ethics of the sales force and check service standards product availability, market development, etc. on a regular basis.
  • Guide the sales force on replacement-related matters and credit policy on an ongoing basis, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Research, analyze, and compile market intelligence in the areas of promotional activities, prices, coverage, credits, new launches, etc. of the Company as well as competition and evaluate the impact of such actions on business results and prepare different reports for an immediate manager.
  • Review and ensure coordination of order delivery to the marketplace, through the sales force.
  • Ensure collection/recovery of payments as per the Sops Assess market potential of existing as well as new markets, in the assigned region and identify evolving market opportunities.
  • Coach and counsel, the sales force on M& P's service quality standards, ensuring effective implementation at all times.
  • Perform regular and annual appraisals and apprise SOs of their strengths, weaknesses, and overall performance.
