Job Description
- Strong BPM UI development skills including JavaScript/dojo/jQuery (both coach views and heritage coaches)
- Experience with various versions of BPM or heritage coaches in newer versions
- Experience with database integration and SQL, able to write complex queries
- Detailed experience in integrating external systems with IBM BPM
- Experience consuming soap web services (XML, XSL)
- Strong hands-on development experience in IBM BPM 8.6 and BAW for at least 2-3 years
- Need to be able to code hands-on in Java at least some basics.
- Having IBM BPM configuration skills will be an added advantage.
- Should have good communication skills and should be able to directly interact with the customer
- Working with SME’s/SAs on Business requirements
- Preparing High Level and Low-level design document
- Design, develop, and test complex integration solution based on IBM BPM
- Deep understanding of workflow and business impact
- Assess feasibility and ramifications of new business requirements; design appropriate solutions and recommend alternative approaches when necessary.
- Coordinating with onshore, offshore, and responsible for status updates.
- Develop core FileNet components will be an added advantage.
- Exposure in developing and configuring Custom Applications and Web Services to customize Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of FileNet architecture including Content Navigator will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of FileNet(ECM) document classes development will be an added advantage.
Job Specification
Qualification: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 4 to 5 years’ experience on IBM BPM Technology.
