Job Specifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in online bidding, preferably on Upwork or other freelance platforms.
Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, including project bidding processes, client communication, and best practices to increase project success rates.
Research and identify potential clients and projects on Upwork that align with our expertise and objectives.
Create and submit persuasive project proposals that effectively showcase our skills, experience, and value proposition.
Communicate with clients on Upwork, addressing their questions, concerns, and requirements in a timely and professional manner.
Track and manage project bids, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a high success rate.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, securing repeat business and fostering long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal team members to gather relevant information, feedback, and insights to inform proposal development and project bidding.
Monitor and analyze bidding performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to maximize success.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes within the Upwork platform to ensure a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of bids, clients, and project outcomes using appropriate tools and software.
Collaborate with the broader team to share insights, learnings, and best practices to continuously improve our online bidding performance
