Minimum 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and meeting performance goals.
Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as search, social media, display, and email.
Proficient in analyzing campaign data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and uncover insights to inform optimization strategies.
Strong ability to assess the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Familiarity with performance marketing tools, platforms, and technologies, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
Ability to develop innovative and compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences and drives desired outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Able to adjust to changing business needs and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
