Responsibilities:

  • Daily Morning meeting at distribution as per itinerary.
  • Meeting with regional clients and share minutes with PM.
  • Market visit on daily basis and submit reports.
  • Share reporting on daily basis on Regional and National WhatsApp groups.
  • Dashboard monitoring on daily basis.
  • Backcheck 3 merchandisers daily in the market and cover 2-4 shops each.
  • Analyzing PJP Rationalization & Suggesting changes backed by market reports.
  • Maintain good relationship with sales and distribution team.
  • Manage all Merchandiser related issues (RL Head Office).

Qualification and Skills:

  • Leadership
  • Team Assessment & Analyzing Training Needs
  • Developing Performance Improvements & Training Plans for Supervisors and Merchandisers
  • Leading from the front
  • Bachelors Degree
