Resource Linked Private Limited is looking to hire experienced retail individuals (who have had worked in retail stores) for a multinational client.

Position Title: Convenience Retail Coach

Location: Islamabad, Lahore and Multan

Job Description

Implement client's Global Brand Standards in the participating stores/marts
Implement merchandising standards and store layout
Implement operational excellence and maintain
Implement store check and balances, food safety standards, HACCP and HSSE
Maintain store look & feel
Lead relationship management with retailer, site operator, client's sales and category team
Coach site staff on merchandising & store operations excellence
Fill purchasing gaps by aligning with suppliers and making sure relevant stock is always available on stores
Effectively interact with relevant stakeholders and keep them updated

Qualification

BBA/MBA from a reputable institution

Experience

3 – 4 Years (Must have store management & floor management experience in a well-known modern trade outlet)
Must have good supplier contacts in the FMCG network and some purchasing experience

Who can apply?
