Important Note: This is a client based position.

Location

Sheikhupura (Plant)

Responsibilities

Managing relationships with unions & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
In depth knowledge of employment legislation
Experience of working in a multinational Company
Experience to handle third party Administrations & HR/IR operations
Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
Knows the local Sheikhupura-Lahore government administration very well.
Knows the federal Government administration as well
Responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of all HR personnel administrative matters guided by the implemented HR procedures and policies.
Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures
Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes

Job Requirements

An ideal candidate should be:

From an army background
Prior experienced in employee relations or industrial relations in Sheikhupura & Lahore
15-20 year of experience of factory operations ,projects, human resource and financial control
