• Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment process by identifying candidates conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Share monthly fluctuations with the insurance company
  • Provide monthly analysis of insurance data to the HOD
  • Generate reports of insurance client wise  
  • Make dashboard on monthly basis for each client
  • Responsible to coordinate for insurance reimbursement claims
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may have

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist of at least 2 to 3 years
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS systems will be a plus
  • Humble and composed personality with positive energy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • BBA/MBA in HR
