职位介绍

Responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service encompassing Organizational Development, Manpower Recruitment, Orientation, Training, Remuneration & Employee Relations. 

Major Responsibilities:

  • To Implement HR Policies & Procedures, Performance Management System.
  • Direct and supervise all HR functions including Organizational development, HR systems, Policy and Procedures implementation, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management,
  • Manage Organization wide recruitment and selection function for all 3 companies.
  • Responsible for execution of HRIS, payroll and overtime
  • Responsible for conducting annual Seminars, quarterly Events, Travel arrangements etc.
