The right candidate will be required to lead the QA/QC department in performing day-to-day activities related to Quality Control and HS&E. He will be required to implement and sustain Quality Control checks and ensure due diligence to ALL Quality and HS&E needs by the Production team. The right candidate MUST be well versed in public dealing and should be able to command a team of 2-3 individuals.
Major Responsibilities;
- The right candidate will be required to implement developed QA and QC policies and procedures for the organization.
- Lead the execution of these procedures and integrate all departments on QA/QC matters, while ensuring Zero Losses across the departments due to quality incidents or system deployment.
- Preparation of companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
- Monitor all quality related activities in production
- Ensure quality standards are followed in all steps of the production Process by all production staff
- Inspection of End product after every Step of the process
- Perform Pre/ Post inspections at each step, point out irregularities and errors in the product and take necessary steps in order to remedy
- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management
- Attend client quality management meetings
- Action and close all customer complaints
- House Keeping in the fabrication and profile shop
- Issue warnings in case of HS&E rule violation
