Now Hiring BTL Managers in Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad for the management In-Store Promoters / Beauty Advisors & Merchandising activities across retail accounts in the major cities of Pakistan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing In store promoters / beauty advisors.
- Daily BA performance & sales tracking of assigned territory.
- Developing & Creating various strategies to improve the over all BA structure.
- Spot checks to ensure beauty advisors are working to their best capabilities.
- Coordinating various marketing promotions with stores.
- Out door visits to ensure the correct implementation of merchandising and branding.
- Working with the Marketing department to creat various strategies for BTL activations & Marketing campaigns.
Skills:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Enthusiastic and dynamic person, willing to learn and to perfect her abilities
- Good organizational skills, time-management
- Committed to professionalism and results-oriented
- Proficient in the use of MS-Office
