We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our Real Estate/Development company. Business development executives will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, achieving sales targets, help in devising new marketing and sales strategies; encouraging extant clients to purchase/reinvest, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.
To be successful as a business development executive, you should devise networking strategies and stay upto date with current market and its practices with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the market.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added features and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue through sales.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption and price ranges to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Business Development Executive Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Sales experience will be an added bonus.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, Motivated and ability to achieve given targets with research skills.
