Scanning of daily financial vouchers.
Support in Bank Reconciliation.
Maintain proper filing systems of financial documents.
Ensure all relevant documentation is collected, checked, and attached to payment vouchers for submission.
Ensure that proper approval signatures are obtained.
Data searching and posting in ERP system if required.
Support ED in bank correspondence and documentation as and when required.
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post.
Working with spreadsheets
Communication with AFOs
Support Finance Department
Use and knowledge of financial software
Any other task assigned by the supervisor
