Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
Building long-term relationships with key customers.
Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
Creating sales plans to generate revenue.
Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
Helping sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
Ensuring both the company and customers adhere to contract terms.
Scheduling regular meetings with customers build relationships with existing accounts.
Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
Monitoring company’s performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals and overseeing the production process and execution.
