As the Communications & Outreach Officer for Roots Millennium Schools across Pakistan, your role is pivotal in enhancing the visibility, reputation, and engagement of the institution.
Your key responsibilities include:
Developing and Implementing Communication Strategies: Design and execute strategies to manage various communication channels effectively. Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the institution's mission and objectives.
Coordinating Communication Flow: Ensure smooth coordination between management, departments, and campuses nationwide. Facilitate communication for policy implementation, academic planning, admissions support, publications, marketing, outreach, advertising, and partnerships.
Student Affairs Management: Oversee student affairs activities/events at a national level across all RMS campuses. Design and distribute resources for student affairs, admissions, and marketing purposes.
Fundraising and Marketing: Research, develop, and implement fundraising opportunities and marketing strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders, and other agencies to maximize regeneration opportunities for RMS stakeholders and the community.
Social Media Management: Manage the school's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.
Admissions and Administrative Affairs: Efficiently supervise marketing and extra curricular activities of the campuses. This includes event management, daily communications, parental surveys, academic calendar support, resolving parent queries/complaints, record-keeping, ensuring ISO standards and management best practices, planning Parents’ Day, sports day, graduation ceremonies, and managing the school activity calendar.
Event Planning and Execution: Support the planning and execution of school events such as open houses, fundraisers, and community outreach programs. Responsibilities may evolve over time to meet the needs of the school community.

ROOTS MILLENNIUM SCHOOLS HISTORY & BACKGROUND SINCE 1988 The institution was established in April 1988 at 74 Harley Street Rawalpindi by Mrs. Riffat Mushtaq (Aizaz-e-Fazeelat) a dedicated and committed teacher fired with enthusiasm and missionary spirit in the field of education.
