Assist Sales Manager in official matters.
Provide office support services to the team in order to ensure efficiency & effectiveness.
Follow up from clients for reservations/ticketing or any other assistance.
Coordination with stations for assisting in customers travelling.
Targeting new corporate clients.
Preparing minute of meetings of meetings held by Senior Vice President (SVP) on daily basis.
Maintain record of minutes of meeting held by SVP in official file.
Maintain archives on daily basis.
Maintaining database of all cooperate clients, management and related customers.
Handling all customers/counter queries.
Supporting and assisting sales team in meeting/presentations and related work.
Maintaining records of all tickets issued category wise. E.g. Management, cooperate clients, regular customers, group sales & walk in clients.
Maintaining and updating travel sheets on daily basis.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and services inquires.
Organize workflow to meet customer requirement/deadlines.
Develop, Organize & Maintain record of personal/official contacts of SVP.
