We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager of Sales & Marketing with expertise in the paint, construction chemicals, and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of success in driving sales and marketing initiatives within these sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote our products within the paint, construction chemicals, and construction industry.

2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, including contractors, architects, builders, and developers, to generate sales leads and increase market share.

3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the target industries.

4. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that our offerings meet the needs and preferences of customers in the paint and construction sectors.

5. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.

6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations and market standards.

7. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities tailored to the paint and construction industry.

8. Monitor sales performance and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies, making adjustments as needed to achieve targets.

9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities.

10. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements related to paint, construction chemicals, and the construction industry, and incorporate relevant insights into sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the paint, construction chemicals, or construction industry.

3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

4. Strong understanding of the paint and construction industry dynamics, including customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

9. Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
